Today I started the desiccant indicator experiment using the following items:
- Screw-top glass jars
- Clamp-top glass jar
- Screw-top plastic jars
- Desiccant Indicator Brand A
- Desiccant Indicator Brand B
Today I put 1-2 bags of the desiccant indicators in each of the 3 types of jars, as well as one of each bag outside the jars on the table exposed to the air, and will wait to see which bags (if any) change color over the following days and weeks.
The context and rationale for this experiment is that I want to know which container is truly airtight so that I can decide which container to use for storing my mechanical keyboard switches and springs.
